Belau: Single Dreamstate.

Belau is one of the most promising newcomers to the European music scene.

In three years, they have given more than 200 live performances in 25 countries. The first LP, The Odyssey, won the Hungarian Grammy for Best Electronic Music Album. Their long-awaited second album, titled Colourwave, has become internationally renowned, and they are now releasing the first single of the new Belau era with a stunning, dreamy video titled Dreamstate.

“Take You to The Sea” – their compositions claim. Belau (Peter Kedves and Krisztian Buz) is a band that, through their music, seeks to shelter the modern man – representing the path of self-awareness through the depths of the individual – creating modern electronic rhythms and elegant with words of nostalgia. the consolation of the spirit. Always inspired by the basic elements of nature, especially the endless sea.

The duo has had many international successes. In the last few years, they have played more than 200 performances in 25 countries and captivated audiences at such famous festivals as Primavera, Eurosonic, Electric Castle, Sziget, SXSW – to name a few. Belau has been supported by radio stations such as BBC Radio 1, Triple J or KEXP, and media such as Clash Music, Billboard, The Line of Best Fit or Rolling Stone. Their first album won the Hungarian Grammy Award, the second was played by millions of people and was a huge radio hit.

After the stellar Colourwave era, Belau returns with a brand new single called Dreamstate with the stunning Australian singer Akacia, who has garnered more than 50 million streams across all platforms. “The history of change is deeply rooted in our culture, but for most of us, the grace we can finally experience for ourselves is distant, mystical, and seems unattainable in this secular world. Although this route, on the other hand, is accessible to everyone, you will feel like you are in a real “dream state”. The song is about life beyond our own boundaries, a transition from stagnation to progress, a way out of our own fears. A man much wiser than us once claimed that only when such an internal process takes place in every heart – and, of course, outside – is it possible to bring peace, eternal, to the societies of the world. and there is certainly nothing else Belau could further support in this growing dynamic of the world. We are all made of gold, ”said the electronics duo about the new single, which is the dreamy anthem of lofi r’n’b.

“My good friend and I created a video for Dreamstate in Malta. We spent four days on these amazing islands, discovering breathtaking landscapes during the day, playing concerts in the evening, so good memories,” continued Belau, who is currently working on his third album.

Hungarian musical export product no. 1 Belau will continue its tour of Europe with several summer festivals. You can always find all the updated information about new dates or a special edition of splatter vinyl on their social pages.
