Forrester works with unrestricted work to increase employment opportunities for disabled candidates

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 19, 2022 / PRNewswire / – Forrester (Nasdaq: FORR) announces today that the company has joined Business network Work without restrictions promote greater employment opportunities for candidates with disabilities. As part of its Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) path, Forrester’s employment initiatives focus on attracting talent from all backgrounds – including racial, ethnic, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veterans and abilities. According to the World Health Organization, more than a billion people – an estimated 15% of the world’s population – live with disabilities. In addition to the employment of people with disabilities, the network will provide Forrester with access to disability counseling services and training, service organizations and relevant events to promote the employment of people with disabilities.

Work without limits – an initiative of Commonwealth Medicine, the advisory and operational department of UMass Chan Medical School – is a network of employers, educational institutions, employment service providers and state and federal agencies working to ensure that the employment of people with disabilities is equal to those without disabilities. Its programs and services are tailored to the needs of companies that actively employ people with disabilities, people with disabilities who are looking for work, and the employment providers who serve them.
