At the behest of the head of state, Shaykhutdinov Marat Yersainovich was released from the post of First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chord press service reports.
Shaikhutdinov Marat Ersainovich was born in 1959 in the Akmola region. He graduated from Karaganda State University in 1982.
From 1984 to 1986 he was an instructor of the District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in Jerementau in the Celinograd region and the Kirov District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in Karaganda.
In 1986-1990 – instructor, head of the ideological department of the Karaganda Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
In 1990-1994 – junior researcher, head of department, director of the center in the central branch of Kazakhstan of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1994 to 1997 he was chairman of the AIC “Sary-Arka” in Akmola.
In 1998-2000 – President of CJSC Miras, Astana.
In the years 2000-2005 – Director of the Kazakh-Russian University.
In 2005-2006 – Chief Inspector of the Secretariat of the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2006-2007 – Deputy Head of the Center for Foreign Policy Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2007-2009 – Director of the Institute of World Economy and Politics at the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2009 – Chairman of the Foreign Policy Analysis and Forecasting Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2009-2015 – Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In June 2015, he was appointed First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, was awarded the rank of “Kurmet” (2009), “Barys” II. degree (2014) and two commemorative medals.
